Sounds like a not very effective way to catch poachers.
99.9999% of the "Can I.../Is it legal to..." debates and posts are experienced guys doing mental exercises and digging around in the Regulation and Regulatory Acts wondering if they are understanding them correctly.
Poachers are not going to be asking questions and offering to take "Strangers" out.
