i found this app before i got on to the forum actually! its been a huge help as me and my father have been looking to purchase a property and i dont have to go crazy trying to figure out exactly where this piece of land is on the map on the regs ! especially when its almost boarder line with another WMU! good job man big props to you! told my dad and my uncle about it so theres another 3 or 4 downloads for ya

Glad you like it. Slowly but surely user numbers are growing for SmartOut. It might be worth to add some more features to it. If anyone have any wishes - let's hear it
