If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

They put one in Ottawa in 2016. I have only been there 3-4 times since it opened and only because we were driving by anyway and had some time to kill.
Not that they don't have some great sale deals...but easier to order them on line and get the FREE delivery. It would cost me more than $15 in gas to go there in the truck. And honestly...the Canadian Tire Hunting Store prices are, for the most part, better.

They tore down the Sears on Carlingwood Ave in Ottawa back in April. It was the anchour store for the mall....been there since 1950. They are going to build a new Canadian Tire store in it's place....and to be frank, CT has become more like Sears that Sears ever was, especially since they bought out Mark's and will probably build it into the new design....Darn store sells everything now.

A big shout out to the Sail store in Oshawa and Melissa and the customer service department I purchased a Leatherman 2 weeks ago but when I brought it home I found the cutter on it would not cut fishing line, there is a small gap when blades come together.I sent them an e-mail on Sunday explaining this, after trying too return it last week. Melissa phoned me yesterday, Monday, said company policy is that returns or exchanges are not allowed because they come under a knife category. I explained to her the only reason I purchased this for fishing. To her credit Sail is not only allowing me too return the Leatherman but they are going to upgrade it too a tool that has scissors on it. I have shopped at Cabela's , Bass Pro and Sail many times, but even before this incident I have always found Sail to be very good.
