Aside from his difficulty in answering the question, he says (I think) that his solution to water bottles is... tetra paks!!!
Reducing our use of plastics is a great thing, but I won't tolerate an uniformed hypocrite waiving his finger at me.

All the politics aside-I just can not make my head around WHY we(actually not me and my Family)but why many people think water from bottle,tetra pack ,water Jug etc are any better then tap water?

Lots of people on wells that done like to use their water for drinking. Myself included we have better water then some around example no sulfur in our well but others around are not so lucky .

Why not use glass bottles ???

I think if he keeps up his good work he will get voted in again. He has saved us from plastic bags. Climate change. And raised taxes.

I agree with a previous comment on “how did we end up with this guy. “. I have my thoughts. Not for this thread though. Another day perhaps. But yes, this is a very simple answer. Im not even a fanatic and if asked this question by a stranger I’d take a millisecond and respond. “We recycle, we compost, we drink tap water, when going on an outing we use tap water in reusable containers, we don’t use plastic bottles”. Easy peasy people. Even scarier than the plastics is the fact the shiny penny couldn’t articulate a simple response.
