I am on rogers, and they are very prompt to let me know which system I am in( Canada/States/Mexico). I have a different plan then you likely as well.
Still with all the good things I can say about rogers, I use a different carrier when over sea. Bell, Rogers, anyone here can just not beat the rates you get from a carrier based in the destination Country.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Been with them for 17 years. Never had any real issues prior to this and that includes travel in dozens of countries on 6 different continents. Don't always use their plan(s) but sometimes it's not worth the hassle of picking up a local SIM card - just depends on duration and what is going on business wise and whether I can expense it or not.
