Heat affects
How is this extreme humidity /heat affecting your dogs ? ... or is it.
My old girl is suddenly slobbering , making a puddle every time she lies down in a spot for a while-it's not urine.
Anybody else familiar with this?

We have a 9 mo lab and are fostering a 3.5 mo beagle/border collie cross for my daughter and hubby. They are moving out of the apartment into their own home next month and put the cart way before the horse and got a dog before the move. Both of these girls spend most of their day lazing in the house close to a vent soaking up the cool air. Walks are early in the morning and late in the evening with a quick dash outside a couple times during the day to whiz. Normally when you let them out they wrestle with eachother like crazy. I took the lab for a run in the truck with me and she spent most of the ride with her nose directly infront of the vent in the dash breathing the cool air.
