A field demonstration day to include:
-Provincial Regulations and the use of trained tracking dogs for recovering wounded big game.
-Hit site analysis.
-Equipment for dog and tracker.
-Scent work training techniques beginner to advanced.
-Tracking dog demonstration.

Is there a tracking service available to us? a company we can call in case we aren’t successful in tracking down a wounded/dead deer?

Contact Big Game Blood Trackers Ontario - while I am no longer involved, I can assure you they have a Facebook page.
There are other, smaller, privately run services and trackers but remember - they must be a FREE service accepting cash as a donation only for their time/fuel, etc.
I still track in the general Bay of Quinte area - ping me here if needed.
