Any help or tips on getting a hunting spot here would be appreciated. I live in Kingston about 5 mins from the Wolfe Island ferry.

As far as I know, all of Wolfe Island is private land, no public land to hunt on.
A friend has a cottage/house there , says you have to get to know a farmer or two before you can get permission.
Living in Kingston, your best bet is to get on the ferry and drive around and start knocking on a few doors.

Good luck. I know a guy who hunts there and everything is tied up pretty much.
