Sorry to hear of Charlies passing as many have said it's one of the hardest thing to go through.
He will always be by your side waiting for that pat on the head or the scratch under the chin and the memories last forever.

Has too much time on their hands
Some hunting dogs never have the fortune of finding their way into a hunting home. I feel sorry for those dogs.
Its a big hole for sure, but I'm sure Charlie checked off everything on his bucket list. He got to live the dream. That is entirely thanks to you.

Sorry to hear the sad news. Teja my wife's lab is 15 years, and still happy. She's blind from Cataracts but can see well enough to enjoy life. We just says she is retired, and loves her treats.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.
