    The Crown Land Use Policy Atlas provides great info on where you can find crown land...and its free

    For central and northern Ontario, you can get logging maps that depict private land. These can be accessed on the mnr website under forest management.

    I know they are kind of pricey, but the backroad maps for Ontario are really very good. I bought the map chip for my GPS and it's fantastic when in the woods. You can pickup the paper books in various places (MEC, Cdn Tire, Sail?)
