Migratory Birds Stamp ONLINE!?
My hunting partner is trying to buy his stamp online right now. Anyone else having issues? It keeps saying website timed out.
He left it to the last min.

It's quicker to go to the post office and buy it on the spot than to buy it on-line and wait for the stamp by snail mail.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

keep trying had it happen to me, went in half hour late and was fine
