Belwood fall fishing tips

Hey guys, has anyone fished Belwood around this time of year with success?

I've always struggled in the fall, and the water is so low that my usual spot is inaccessible with my boat.

My fish finder shows a bunch of fish around the dam and boat launch but I can never get them to strike.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Belwood just suffered through a huge algal bloom. Not sure what that would do to the fishing.
