Why was he not trying to save those jobs ??
He only worried about the jobs in Quebec because it affected his own job in that Province!

As for Alberta .... he couldn't even say it's name when listing the provinces in the celebration of Canada 150. You can see it in his expressions he deliberately left it out.

Blair has been involved in fighting gun crime for a long time. He has accomplished little to nothing! In all of the years hes had power what has he accomplished Gilroy?? Gilroy just because there are a few really bad domestic violence not all are with guns. Also a ban on guns will not solve the bad domestic problems. I personally know 2 of them a 65 year old neighbor shot his wife . Another ran a guy over with his truck when he found his wife in the sac with another guy. Domestic violence wont stop if there is a ban on guns.

Yes YOU have no place for guns as you live in a concrete jungle where all your neighbors can see what your doing when you walk out the door. What about all the other people who dont live in the city that has property to shoot at???.

Personally I am not a fan of seeing my neighbors I can run out back in the raw without a care in the world as long as the kids ain't home. Just because you choose to live in the city where there is no need to have a gun in your place, does not mean the rest of the population does not have the proper place to fire off guns.

You mention it was not a right like the USA but yet a privilege to own a gun. Well why are you supporting to help take away our privilege to own a gun. Why are you so afraid of them?
Didn't anyone tell you with the population difference the USA would have 30 times more problems with firearms than us Canadians ?? The USA is a different state their laws are different the guns are totally different. Keep that on the states side we are not Americans we are Canadian and live in Canada with different laws. What about the last few deaths in the city?? They were not guns yet a truck and a knife that killed 2 teenagers in the city.

Well actually I live up north out of the City about 8 months of the year and hunt with the locals up there so I am well attuned to both city feeling about guns and rural folks feelings.I already have an abandoned farm property up north and a few hundred acres but thanks for asking.

Rural crime rates are actually higher than crime rates in the city according to this study https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/pub/.../00009-eng.htm, so I would not get to smug about living in a rural area?

I am not afraid of guns,carried one all my life and have plenty to use but that,s a privilege you earn.

Well Chief Saunders has been in charge in Toronto for years now where multiple shootings have occurred so why exactly are you blaming Minister Blair who has the whole country and a big portfolio to look after.

It's great that you can be out of the city . I bet its peaceful away from all the noice.

I'm aware of the crime rates in rural areas . I still keep up to the times and know what's happening on the streets today. Only differences are I get to hear the real street side of the stories. I also have stories to tell as well ,as I grew up in a life of trouble in my teens.
As you mentioned about the sword many believe that about the gun. Live by the gun die by the gun and banning the guns mentioned will not solve this gun violence and you know it. .
