Default Blood trailing dog in Guelph area

Yesterday around 6:30 pm i shot a small buck at 20 yards.I think it was a decent shot .Left it alone.Exited quietly.Today morning returned with 2 seasoned deer hunters, searched all day, found the arrow, about 20 y from the impact site, full of blood and some tallow. Found a mysterious Circe of blood-a lot, seems the animal was standing, bleeding both sides ,a lot, then moving around some more, then moved in a direction, less blood, then nothing.

    Bad stuff.

For the future-i am wondering,if anyone knows someone around Guelph/Fergus/Mount Forest Area, with dog for hire............

I am a few miles NE of Orangeville. My hound (actually only half hound) is 4 for 4 in the last 6 years - 1 for me, 1 for son and 2 for the BIL. Not really interested in getting paid but happy to help if it worked out schedule wise. Shoot me a PM if you want my cell number.
The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.
