I must be bored....I’m wasting time with your nonsense ! Suffice to say, after 2 years seconded to the RCMP, I’m well aware of their discipline processes.........Snowwalker is not too far off !!!
Now, be gone with you !

Yes Trimmer I just wanted to point out to the members this officer is in a lot of trouble and not have them thinking he/she will get a free pass.Great talking to you brother and good luck on your hunt.

Can you name me any professionals in any career or trade, which would not lose a pension for committing and being convicted of Criminal acts.

Except for Catholic Priests and Police officers.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

    Yes that is quite correct.
    Most pensions are safe.

You mean to tell me I can work for lets say...A bank, steal money, do time and STILL get my pension from the bank?

I am not talking about a welder or a Nurse that gets a DUI. It is more like the cop being three sheets to the wind well he's on patrol.

Quite possible because the pension would be part of your pay parcel earned over the years.
And in many pensions the person also pays into it.
Taking it would be similar to just cleaning out your bank accounts.
A court could order it held if there was cause to believe the pension/accounts was obtained illegally.

Not he's full pension, and it was part of a plea deal.

What do you consider full pension?
