You again failed to provide anything of substance as to the "How, Why, When, What and Where" of your question.

So my answer can be just as lacking in Substance... His Burial is paid for by insurance and you can't convict a dead man. Guess the question of does or does he not keep his pension does not matter since he had a heart attack and hit the pedestrian.

It does not matter, his widow would get it in that circumstance. Admit it you are wrong . In 99.0 % of cases a criminal conviction, in any profession would not cause you to lose your pension. Not just cops and priests.

99.9% of the crimes do not fall into the category of a "Breach of Trust".

If the truck driver steals his load...
    "Breach of Trust"
    No pension.

If the bank teller steals from the Bank or Customers.
    "Breach of Trust".
    No Pension.

Sorry but I do not believe a breach of trust necessarily causes you to lose your pension. If so please state the CCC statute. Or as my mother used to say, 'your talking out of the top of your hat'. How can they possibly take away legally obtained pension payouts.

There is not nearly enough to the story to draw any conclusions on anything. I will admit that not having a clue as to when this stuff went missing within a period spanning more than two hours does not look good.

I get that laws are getting worse and it seems that being the legal owner of a firearm seems to have us labelled as an outlaw. That being said, I don't think it's right to call for crucifixion based on a crappy little blurb that tells us nothing. I just can't understand the want to destroy someone for something we know nothing about. I know if it was me, I would want some consideration.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Like I said earlier....as long as they get no less punishment than if it was as a civilian RPAL holder ....the gun would appear to be in the hands of a criminal now...that can't be understated.

I agree, but some people on here want more severe punishment, like a loss of pension. Seems they have a hate on for LEO's.

    Ain't that the truth.
Criminal gets picked up with an illegal gun they're bailed out with a promise to appear in 2 years. Heck no problem
Leo with possibly a lapse of judgement gets victimized yup punish him for life and beyond.
