I'm not sure and I'd be finding out by calling the MNR
but you should be able to log onto your account on MNR site and it will AT LEAST show that you have one. Again I'm not sure if you need to have a physical copy on you to hunt(I always carry mine in my hunting wallet).
If your anything like me , You'll find it immediately AFTER the hunts over

What licence are you talking about ??? All you need is your Summary, tag and PAL... sounds like you have those....if you are meaning your outdoors card, that is reflected in your Summary, along with your deer licence, controlled hunt validation ( if you got one), etc...

I called a few license issuers today since service Ontario is closed Sundays. I ended up paying to replace my card and got a Summary which is essentially a temp license and good to use.

Not a good path.
It's illegal to have more than one valid outdoors card.

How could being sure one has all required documentation be the wrong path?
The OP lost his card, the only route is to replace it. Should he find the lost card he can cut it up.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Maybe you should check out Pg. 16 of the 2019-2020 Hunting Regs Summary.
Top right side.
He will now have two different cards issued with different numbers.
And tags will be associated to the older card number.

From the regs, page 17.
"Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Destroyed
Outdoors Cards
If your Outdoors Card is lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed, please visit
ontario.ca/outdoorscard, a licence issuer/
participating ServiceOntario centre to
obtain a duplicate. You will be required
to surrender any damaged tags. An
administration fee will apply."
A duplicate will be a copy, same numbers, etc. with no rules broken.

The Summary outdoor card # which I just picked up to replace the lost card is identical to my previous outdoor card #.
