    First post for me!
Used to go to Country meats for a few years. Then discovered Hoffmanns European Deli in Stayner. Very happy with them and a great price.

Or perhaps learn to do it yourself. If you have the space of course. I’ve heard many times guys not getting the same deer they brought in back. Also you have total control of what gets into your packed meat and cuts. It takes time yes but you spend a lot of time preparing and hunting. Grab a book or take to the Internet. Lots of info on butchering your own. Plus you are not at the mercy of someone else.

It is. And after doing it a few times you get faster. It’s satisfying when you do it yourself and you control what goes into your cuts. I find people really don’t care specially when it’s a facility that has a lot of people working there.
