Downwind Kennels Brittany?

Hey guys. I am wondering if anyone knows anything or has experience with downwind kennels in Vienna. We are looking for a Brittany and had some recommendations to go to them or ruffwood. We emailed ruffwood but they did not get back to us. If anyone has experience with this breeder can you post or pm me. Any help would be appreciated.
