That's crazy pretty amazing what the ice can do.
Just never experienced it before. Almost 30 years on the ice and it was a first.
I'll chalk it up to a rare occasion experience lol.

There was an ice explosion so loud this year that it made the icicles fall off my house.

Indeed. It woke us up. Was a very calm and cold night (-30) which made it sound even louder I suspect. The dogs were growling and barking, I got out of bed to see what the heck was going on. I looked out my windows and could see my neighbours lights coming on up and down the street as they were also all looking around to see whos house had blown up.
Once the haze of sleep diminished I figured out what it was
