I know a lot of fowlers province wide and have never heard one of them state they would rather late season over late regular season but everyone has there own opinion. Not sure it would fly province wide.
I probably hunted with 25 different guys this year. It always seems to come up we all agree and love late season. Hunted from coburg to windsor basically with a few different crews. Most of the areas in between hold birds in the late season. My core area holds a ton of birds guelph/eramosa. We recently lost our late season which completely sucks. You must be north or maybe have never hunted it. Again not sure why one wouldnt want a 10 bird limit on birds that haven't been shot in almost 2 months. Like you said though, everyone has their own opinion.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 birds or 10 birds if there are none to hunt???
I’ve hunted lots in the late season but 9 out of 10 years I have to travel to do so and I live in a no Sunday hunt area..........
It’s not like I’m against it............
And no I don’t live in the north.
Like I stated previously a few times now, I’d love for the late feb/mar season to be opened up southern district wide but as a nuisances season (like they deem these hunts) that doesn’t count against the 107 days. As soon as you start taking days away from regular season I don’t agree. Again that’s my opinion

Definitely would be nice just to have it without cutting into the 107 allowable days. Agree to disagree on the days being shaved off the end of the regular season i guess.

Doesn't matter. You're not doing yourself (or me) any favours.
