If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

x2....I would have expected more support, like this:

The Canadian Wild Turkey Foundation supports Canadian gun owners and hunters. Sign www.e2341.ca and stand united!!:

The majority of supporters of DU are hunters, ergo gun owners.

I am reminded of an old saying from my army days. "You take the Queen's Shilling, you do the Queen's bidding".

It's hard to take millions in funding from the feds, and remain non-partisan.

Ducks Unlimited was originally founded/started as a Conservation Group by waterfowlers , to conserve wetlands, which also helped increase waterfowling across the nation.
To this day they are still a Conservation Organization whose many members are not hunters, but waterfowl viewers with binoculars, photographers and conservation teaching groups that help educate the younger generation.
D.U.'s mandate always was and still is " Conservation of Wetlands ".

I think that the hunter members of D.U. do themselves support the petition.

The thing is, like the QDMA organization, calling the work they do 'conservationists' is a bit of a misnomer. In reality they are organizations that create habitats to ensure they have game to hunt. Not that that is a bad, thing, but lets call a spade a spade.

If that's what you think, stick with it, but that is a very narrow minded line of thought.
There are many that will disagree with that line of thinking.
Conservation of wetlands , isn't just for waterfowl, wetlands benefit all wildlife, including humans

Yes, but when it's conducted by Hunters, there's an ulterior motive and to deny that, is disingenuous.
