Not bad quality for the price and easily replaced if it walks away on me for one reason or another.
Recent back yard video links below.
I would recommend the camera but robust sub zero batteries are required as the only fault I found it has is it will shut down when the batteries go low due to the cold but will not turn itself back on when milder temperatures return. I fixed that by running a large external 12 volt battery with a buck converter down to 6 volts DC and now works without a problem. Perhaps lithium batteries would work just as well.

As cam technology has improved, I've stopped spending more than 60 bucks on each one. My new 50 dollar cams perform similarly to my 200 dollar cams from 5 years ago. The only difference is how much it hurts when one disappears (or gets hit by a falling tree, which is how I lost one most recently).

Here is an example of a night time video only available in black and white. Not bad considering I'm not even running it at the highest resolution to keep file size down and conserve on memory space. It has adjustable sensitivity to help prevent too many pictures. So far it has not been triggered by the elements. All photos and videos were valid pictures of critters. Close to 800 in a 5 day period. Squirrels, blue jays and crows spend hours gorging on the feed.
