I heard sources close to the pmo said Trudeau dressed in feather face and met with flock leaders this afternoon.
Apparently they thought they had reached some sort of agreement after Trudeau tearfully apologized for eating a turkey sandwich last week.
But, in true Trudeau fashion, on his way out, one of the birds spotted a pack of Jack Link's turkey jerky in his back pocket.
So the protest continues.

Understandable as he is a lying, 2 faced, hypocritical, spineless POS.... oh.... sorry was that my inside or outside voice ?? My apologies

They were RE-introduced back in the 80's ...

The eastern wild turkey (Meleagris gallopavo silvestris) was an important component of the biodiversity of the pre-settlement forests of southern Ontario. It was reported north to Lake Simcoe and eastward between Toronto and Trenton. The species was extirpated from Ontario by 1909 resulting from unregulated hunting and the loss of native forests that were cleared for agriculture.
