2 Mile Lake Outpost

Hi everyone. New to group. I booked a week at 2 Mile Lake Outpost on the Little Current River outside of Nakuna. I know nothing about it and cant find any info. Has anyone here fished it before? Any advice,. TIA

I fished there years ago (35) and it was good then. Not sure about now. Pretty close to road access so could be getting hit harder.

Not sure when you're going but I used to fish below the rapids in August and did very well for walleye and the odd whitefish.

Going end of July. Wouldnt mind catching some white fish. Debating on bringing some bigger trolling gear for some big walleye and pike but not sure if it's worth bringing it

Always worth a try. From 2 Mile you could portage upstream into Superb then O'Sullivan Lake which has great lake trout fishing from what I recall.

I was thinking of trying O'Sullivan but wasnt sure how hard it would be to get there

You would have to portage across by the rapids between 2 Mile and Superb. Portage used to be on the left shore going upstream. When you cross Superb, be careful as there is a shallow spot with a narrow deeper area for travel. You should be able to see it fairly clearly.

Thanks Red. I google mapped the area and seems alot of spots to try out from the falls to O'Sullivan. Not a fan of dealing with Portage but from what I have seen hopefully wont have to haha
