Question Place to map turkey load? Brampton / gta?

    Hi,

Apologies if there is already a thread on this, or if it should be under a different section. Took a browse through but didn't see one at glance.

New hunter, looking to pattern my turkey shot, which I've not yet done before, currently a member at Target Sports but they only allow buckshot and slug. Messaged a few other clubs and no luck.

Anyone know a place I might be able to go?

    Thank you kindly!

I believe TITS has a patterning board. That stands for Toronto International Trap and Skeet. It’s up by cookstown. On the 5th just south of hwy 89. Also you could check out Oshawa skeet and gun club. They’re just south of Port Perry and I believe they have a patterning board.

Call before you go to make sure.

    Good luck,

I know Galt has a patterning board but they only allow 2-3/4" target loads 7.5, 8, & 9
    Maybe Hamilton Gun Club?

    update!
Emailed both TITS and Oshawa, still waiting on a response from TITS, but Oshawa got back, they said they do have a patterning board but it is located on their rifle range which is members only and unfortunately not accepting new members! shucks!

I've seen this request a few times and I'm always curious. Not to be rude - but if you have a spot to shoot a turkey, how do you not have a spot to shoot a piece of paper?
