    No word of a lie...skiff of snow down this morning, walking the dogs, just after first light and I heard a gobble across the neighbour's field. Didn't see him, but I know where he is HaHa..

    Nice. I can’t believe the green grass. I was blasting through 2 foot drifts with the sled on the weekend. HaHa

    It's like a totally different world there from November till may . Its stays cold not like down south, get a bit of snow and it melts away in no time. Your snow stays from October to may lol.

    No kidding. This farm is in Niagara and the grass in the back of his fields is looking better than the grass on my front lawn. Because of the crappy spring we had last this same farmer did not plant anything in his fields last year and I was surprised how quickly the fields grew over. By the time bow season came around the grass in some parts of his fields were well over 6' tall. I was not sure how it would effect the deer hunt but that was the best season we had so far.
