Thanks. I just sold my property and it closes Apr 17...
Well time to look for my next one.

My neighbour sold the property next to me and put it in the sale agreement that he has a 5yr exclusive privilege to hunt there.!!!
I thought that was pretty clever.

Yes, smart move. I got a good price before Covid came out and didn’t want to muddy the deal. I was suppose to hunt at my buddies property instead but now Covid stopped that. Well there’s always next year. Good Luck this season.
