As you are sitting there reading this. Shut your mouth, squeeze your nose shut, and slowly try to blow air out your nose. As the pressure in your throat rises, you'll hear( and feel ) your ears pop. They just equalized to the pressure. As you go deeper the pressure of the water is trying to push into the lower pressure of the space behind your ear drum. If you equalize the pressure in your ears about every 8 to 10 ten feet as you go down there should be no pain. If you still have pain, see a specialist.

There are clubs and courses for free diving in Toronto.

Pretty much every time you make a post you show everyone you are the actual definition of a Troll.

To some I guess . I think a few people actually enjoy my banter, at least according to some pm's I receive........ ' way to stand up to the crowd' , 'some on this site are bullies, don't back down', 'I agree with your comment', etc. To each their own.

Maybe you should try and post something useful someday. Might be more than you can handle but you could try.

How about, ' how not to stack wood' ? On a more serious note , I feel an alternative point of view , is useful. To many people, expect everyone to agree with them. Not so.

How about I am one of the most honest people you would ever meet, or I am not afraid to admit when I do something wrong and can laugh at it, not afraid to do my own work.

Your right, differences of opinion make for great debate, however you have yet to learn the difference between an alternate point of view and being antagonistic....especially since you post so as too, in your own words '
I've really got them going today'
. That's Trolling...and does not contribute anything to the forum.
