My point exactly. Also, dont talk and video record, provide all documents required. Section 7 of Charter protects your right to remain silent and not incriminate yourself...which is the purpose of talking to you, to use your own admissions before being advised of your rights.

I have done this twice now at Roadside Checks for DUI, plus video taped each encounter. They didn't like it, and I blew as requested, provided all required documents, once I invoked my rights. Then carried on my way.

I’ve been on this forum for about 4 years now and this keeps popping up. Will someone fill me (and others) in about the GreatWhite wood pile story ??

Yes many times on this site, but I am the only one who had his integrity called into question because I dared mention it. As JB would say...funny that.

The right Honorable GreatWhite is a person of good character, and not known for carelessness when it comes to money. One way that he is frugal with his money is that he uses wood heat. Heating with wood requires you to have firewood to burn. Having Firewood requires you to stack said wood. Stacking firewood requires you to build stacks that are STABLE.

In this case GreatWhite failed to build a stable pile of wood, with the unfortunate result that a large pile of wood fell over on to his wife's car.

And he openly and forthcomingly (is that a word?) admitted same, to everyone here on the forum. Naturally, many ner-do-wells took advantage this news.... well, you get the picture.

Well, a man has to be given credit for being honest with his friends about his mistakes. We have all had stuff like that happen.
