well I just killed a nice tom here in Iowa. No I do not have an Iowa Turkey tag.

What I do have is a dent in the trailer and feathers and bits of turkey everywhere.

Can I still enter it in the contest?

Well judging by the weather, it could be the only bird killed today.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

25 to 28 thousand KMs per month. Trucks hit more deer in one year then you and everyone we know shoots in a life time combined. This is only my second Turkey. I swear they can not see white trucks and trailers.

Its remind me the Moose hunting group wasn't successful to fill the tag , and traveling home and the big Bull get in front of them on the road the accident happened and luckily the antler from the Moose stuck of front of the old motorhome owe-hang cabin nobody get killed except Moose by the police , the group put the tag on it . At home other hunters get asked to congratulate to the" Hunter " for the successful hunt and a new birthday.... On the motorhome the damage was $11.000 luckily paid by insurance company

$11.000 DOLLARS not too bad. Good thing it was not like $11,000.

A broken headlite assembly on a truck is about a grand so it would add up quickly.
