There's no way anyone can call him a dictator. What he is can't be printed here without getting suspended. All the folks who work for him have found a way to work "around" him to get the job done in spite of his ridiculousness.....much to their credit,of course. It's much the same as we deal with PM Silly Socks. If it wasn't for smart people around him and smart people in the back room (OK,at least, for the most part) this country would be screwed much much worse than it is,now, despite everyone's best intentions. Round and round she goes, where she stops nobody knows.

Since the Liberals took office this country was and still is being run by Gerald Butts and orchestrated by Katie Telford. Neither of them are elected officials. The village idiot is the nothing more than a talking head...reminiscent of Charlie McCarthy.

Could be worse lad,s Andrew the failed KOC insurance salesman could be in charge of the Country. Nothing like a party leader who has never
actually held a real job in the real world. But give the man credit he did manage to get all his kid's private education paid from the common folk's who contributed to the party's coffers.I guess he felt entitled.

Most of the western Provinces voted in a block against the Liberals but did not carry the day based on this as a big issue.

No point trying to turn back the clock on this issue, a promises was made and it will probably be kept especially in light of this mass shooting.

BTW The leader in waiting for the Conservative Throne Peter Mac Kay is from Nova Scotia, he must be like a cat on a hot tin roof trying to figure out how he will oppose this gun control issue when he hits the Commons. LOL
I will agree they are on edge.

But are they afraid of a gun a madman or any noise for that matter right now?

What are they really fearful about? It cant be just an object like a gun in a safe .

Speaking about guns or the madman's name what would send chivers up their spines faster? I bet it would be his name. Or the fact it happened before a gun .

Really what is there to be afraid about? It's over the man is dead just like many others. They are shook up for sure, but are they really afraid of the gun.?

Should be interesting for Peter Mac Kay to deal with and the backroom Conservative strategists. If he opposes more gun control measures he might suffer a political backlash across the country and more especially in Nova Scotia. If he criticizes the RCMP response or actions same problem for him.I kinda think some of guys guys are going to get sold down the river.

I actually I have quite a bit of family in NS and not one feels afraid. I highly doubt that the people in NS are on Edge.

Why would he recieve backlash over it when gun control or a ban would have nothing to do with subject or crime on hand.

Just like how " they and yourselves " always mention and refer back to the danforth shooting. How would a gun ban have stopped the situation from happening?.

    It wouldn't plane and simple....

Unfortunately these things happen and tougher laws would not of stopped them from happening.

Just like the other majority of mass killings in Canada. Simply a gun ban would have not stopped most of them from happening. Nor was a firearm destined to be banned USED in the majority of them, so a ban would not stop most of the from happening.
