I guess you did not look and listen to the news report in the link I sent you.There was no sexual assault or even an assault.It was alleged he brushed up against the reporter,she did not want to complain and wanted to end the matter.In contrast of course to the Conservative Senator who was charged with sexual assault and plead guilty to assault in order to avoid taking the stand under oath.
