Spring bear hunt cancelled in Ontario by Conservatives based on no science got passed because the hunters had backed the Conservatives and got themselves trapped in that relationship.

Conservatives scrapped the long gun registry upsetting the population, result Liberals voted right back into power.

Worse shooting disaster happen's in Canada, citizen's shot, RCMP officer shot, DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT CANADIANS ARE GOING TO NOW SUPPORT LESS GUN CONTROL. Does not matter if its rural gun violence (Nova Scotia) or urban gun violence Danforth shooting.

The Liberals were on this,ahead of the curve,made an election promises 6 months ago and are sitting pretty good right now.

Not a PEEP out of the Conservative Party in Parliament or on the main stream news about this incident ........wonder why?

Guess what the trigger didn't pull itself and point it at others did it ? Not the man behind it the man in control of it, the man without a gun license did it . A mother stabbed her 2 children in montreal the other day 1 dead 1 alive . Guess it was the knife's fault and not the mothers. The mother wouldn't do that would she try and kill her own young kids. come on gilroy we know your smarter than this.

Well Judges are appointed by governments of the day,this would suggest that you believe there have been no Conservative appointed Judges in the last couple of decades.I think we can gong you on that one.
Most cases are dealt with by a plea bargain worked out by the defense and Crown Attorney way before a Judge gets to say anything.So now I guess your next allegation is that all Crown Attorney's are Liberal.

If Trudeau didn't reverse the mandatory sentencing for thugs no judges would be to blame. Instead our liberals felt it was unfair and we need to feel sorry for thugs and gangsters so sentencing is minimal to nothing. And our liberal voters still can't grasp as to why people are being shot daily-weekly in the city.

Guess what they are designed to be used on targets or for fun. Not to go and kill people.

Government's are tasked with protecting their citizen's and will do so. Firearm control is within the mandate of the Federal Government.
Is it mental illness that caused the mother to stab her children,probably,was it mental illness that caused the NS shooter to go on a rampage,probably. Can the Federal government stop mentally ill person's killing and wounding other people,no. Can they try and prevent
mentally ill person's acquiring ,yes and they will.Will they try and stop people having guns that are not the norm for general use in Canada,yes.
