    I am guessing a two year old by the spurs. Looks like one nub and about a 3/4". Thick beard for sure. But as they say, you don't eat the spurs. Great bird regardless.

    Turned out really good

    1-1/4 cup poultry broth
    One turkey breast (one side)covered in butter on grate lil salt pepper

    High pressure 32 minutes 5min per pound
    Slow release 10 minutes

    Maybe should have covered with thin foil while resting
