Not just a double beard, this thing is a monster. Beards are 10" and 9.5" - pretty cool to see such big multiple beards
Bird weighed 23 lbs, with a perfect fan. And you got him just as the bugs are starting.....nice job!

Congratulations, and I also wanted to add that you deserve even more respect from the community (mostly seen as men hunters) as you persevered regardless of the elements and hunting conditions , more so than my "weekend hunter buddies" who'd rather stay home and watch TV if it is raining or cold or muddy
Well done Cheeta and thanks for sharing!!!!

Thanks, I appreciate it
I should have worn my rubbers boots that day!
I also avoid some days, but I try my best. Toe warmers and layers are my best friend.
I hunted at-least 5 times per week. I couldn't pattern them very well in the week I hunted the woods.
I got both of my toms from the same field in my eastern blind I made (2.5 weeks a part)

How does one get a turkey officially scored?

Could try this
https://www.nwtf.org/hunt/records/score
Back when this all started check stations would record stats and records where kept. When that stopped there where a few sports shops continued on think the last one was a bow shop Barrie area I think. Don't think there is any place left or if there was this corona shutdown kill 'em.
Could always use the forum contest as a gauge couple of threads at the top of the forum will give you the details
