I bought my first deer license this year and applied for the draw, it costs nothing and the opportunity to increase my chances was hard to turn down.

Just something to think about............................................. .. there are only so many doe tags available................... If you never plan on shooting a doe, (using the tag) don't apply for it..................................... because you may just be reducing someones percentage of getting a doe tag that will not think twice about using it............... Best of luck to all applying

On the flip side, applying for a doe tag and not filling it saves a doe —which may increase the herd.

I have no issues taking a doe to feed my family!

Yep, but then go out and shoot all the moose calves, ha ha ha ha.
