Starting Monday Simcoe/Muskoka health unit has made it mandatory as of Monday. Can't say that I'm all that concerned for myself and my neighbours, if our population remained static, as the numbers just don't support the level of alarm. Quite literally 9 cases here since March with the last being on June 16. However, it's not the residents and cottagers that have me wondering if this isn't a good idea. Resorts and short term rentals bring in a much higher number of people and a much higher turnover for a small town. Many of them from the GTA where numbers are still highest. The way I see it, if I can be out in the woods with a buff on for hours at a time, is it really going to harsh my buzz to put one on for a few minutes while in a store?

I have a friend that thinks we should be having covid partys just like the in the USA.

Also I'm hearing that the media could be over playing their situation to keep trump down.
Heard it's the same in Florida and Texas than it was in New York, they also chose to open their economy. Here we are still destroying it.

I do wear a mask in public, as it is mandated here. If you think a cloth mask is going to protect you from a virus though, I tend to doubt it. If that works then why does a few layers of clothing, even insulated coveralls not stop a greasy fart from getting out?
Everyone can make their own choices, the "EXPERTS" can't seem to make up their minds about masks being a good idea or not for everyday wear.
If it is a bylaw in your area to wear one, or a store or business wants you to wear 1, then either do it, have their product safely delivered to you, or go somewhere else to shop.

Asthma does not count as personality disorder or mental thing-does it?
In most places cognitive and mental health issues are among the exemptions that also include pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma.

Biden will pick a black woman. If he picks one of the militant BLM that are in the party they could in theory become the leader of the most powerful country on earth. What could go wrong?

I tend to believe the info from post #73. If a cloth mask can't keep the stink of a fart in your pants, I really don't think it will keep out any floating viruses.

Wondering what happened to the rest of my post? This was the only part of it to take in consideration?
I find it really interesting ,when posters take out from a contest ,and from previous conversation, a sentence, reply to it ,to further their agenda.

I rest my case my friend-will not feed your needs in the future, so to have chance to make your points over and over again.

Yup thats the "Im too good for this" mentality thats creating more problems. Ignorance doesn't solve anything. Look at the main demographic areas where the virus spreads, intelligence isnt the forte but ignorance is definitely part of it. Having a proper education is a good start.

You're so 'woke' in your own mind nobody can change that, good for you man. Kinda like a dementia patient who craps their pants every day and smiles cause life feels warm and good unaware you're just basting in your own excrement.
