That comment even in jest, is uncalled for and hurtful. Things like that come out of your mouth, and you want people to vote for you? Shameful.

Was his comment so offensive it hurt your feelings?
Shameful is what we have for a PM in this country. Shameful are the people who support a corrupt government

No. I can see how upsetting it would be to someone who lost family members in the Holocaust. It is an uncaring, stupid comment. Especially from someone running for public office. If the libertarians have anyone to replace him, ( I doubt it), they should. Anyone else running for election in his riding, should bring his comment up for discussion, at the next all candidates meeting. He has lost the Jewish vote, and anyone else with common decency.

That's because they didn't report yesterday because of the holiday. Today's new cases represent 2 days worth. 179 cases over 2 days or less than 100 per day. More or less average for the last few weeks.

Nice weather and people being outside much of the time is making that happen. We'll see how masks hold up this fall when the weather cools down and everyone is inside again.

If he meant it as a comparison to the Holocaust you are correct. Ideology aside he is generally one of the most respectful dissenters on this forum. Based on his history I would give him the benefit of the doubt until I had reason to believe otherwise.
