Beirut explosion.
Moron government. So they seized 2,700 ton of ammonia nitrate and stored it up town.
Why didn’t they give it to farmers to use. Under military guard if they were scared it fall into wrong hands

The first assessment say that it was a explosive force of 2.2 Kilotons or more..
Little boy dropped on Japan was said to be 15 kilotons. So it was big.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

The warehouse where the nitrate has been stored since 2014 was next to majority of the grain storage. Could have been grain dust fire that set off the nitrate

Poor people-they got lucky by storing the ammonia low(hence the big hole)AND with the Grain silos acting as blast shield............

The blast in Halifax was even larger at 2.9 kilotons of TNT and 2000 died. Seems like this blast in Beirut may be the largest ever caught on camera though.
And of course, idiot Trump has to jump the gun and say its probably terrorism.

They are saying there may be connections to Hezbollah since the port and warehouses are unofficially controlled by Hezbollah. It was not likely an attack, but there may be terrorist activity related to the blast..
It has stranded things politically between the different political groups.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.
