CGN (CanadianGunNutz) would be an ideal platform for such initiative. Suggest start a thread in the Hunting Forum and it will grow quickly.
May not be entirely out of place to mention, given the Upland hunting scenario here in Canada is nowhere near as pronounced compared to the US - therefore, launching a dedicated forum may not be feasible/successful .....
