This may have been answered before, but if i were to launch my boat from Ontario side and hunt from boat on the Quebec side of the Ottawa river.
Including the bays off of the ottawa...
Would i be required to buy a Quebec small game licence ?

I have heard the Quebec CO's even harass you for fishing on their side, so if I was betting man and to save yourself a lot of grief I am thinking you will need their Quebec small game license as well as your federal duck license.

With the Migratory game stamp you also have to have your small game license in most provinces from NS to Ontario including Quebec.

I was under the impression that QC wasn’t letting non-residents into the province....
