HEY GunNut sir, would your businesses like to finance a gun buyback in the range of a couple billion? You get to buy up all the Prohibited guns on our list( which keeps growing everyday) with no way to recover the cost or make any profit. You can't sell them to export, because of the UN deals we signed, and also the fact that they are pretty much useless to any Military, Paramilitary or police force in the world..

Interesting proposition Snowwalker, I pass. That still doesn’t explain, why a government with any level of intelligent, wouldn’t have put forth some feeler to evaluate the possibility of a buy back program, before rushing head long into a gun ban, premised with such a proposal as part of it. Now they have devalued the usefulness of these firearm to such a degree, that they are little more than scrape, and the Canadian taxpayer is being put on the hook for another Liberal boondoggle, which is most likely worst than the long-gun registry they attempted to concoct . .
