Thanks - I was not aware of that or I would have not bought these cameras! What's the use in that policy? In my case, they did not send the most important pictures I would have liked to see!! How do I get the cameras to send 100% of the pictures?
My SPYPOINT cell cameras in comparison sent 100% of the pictures stored on the SD cards - I just assumed the Tactacams would do the same - stupid me.

I checked the manual. I could not find where it says it sends "every other picture" - where is that?
I did find in the multi shot mode this: "Multi-shot Programmable 1 to 5 photos per trigger (Camera transmits the second image of sequence and saves the rest to SD card.)"
If this is what you are referring to, this has nothing to do with the issue. I used single shot (not multi shot) mode and still did not get at least half the pictures.
These cameras are garbage in my opinion.

I am on 3 shot. I was expecting to get every 2nd picture.
I think you found the statement I was thinking about.
I had purchased 2 and returned one for a refund after using the first for a few weeks. Although for the price it is doing pretty good, seems to be transmitting pictures as it should, good on batteries. I had more issues with my last cellular spypoint

Maybe it is capable of sending all the pictures with a firmware upgrade, but maybe they are intentionally throttling the # of pictures sent to save the data used on their end?
Anyways, mothballing these cameras and back to my SPYPOINT cell cameras. I know a lot of people have problems with the SPYPOINTs but for me they have been working as expected. You get what you pay for IMO.
End of rant. Cheers!
