I know many cottages and camps that have an old shotgun, or .22 that when the owner is not there is stored in the back of a closet, under the mattress or in the rafters - ammo is stored in another location. I am sure that in the event of anything happening to them they would NOT be reported missing.........why would you report a missing shotgun worth $150 or a .22 worth $60. You are not going to recover it and are only opening yourself up to a world of pain my an over zealous cop.

Did anybody ever claim that shotgun that was found on the 401 last year? It looked like it was worth more than $150

All posts were generalizations........we all know that someone that has 'X' stashed here. I am not saying it is me but I'm just sayin. No different that we all know of a certain mall cop or two that have an over inflated sense of self worth or a short guy that has a case of the Napoleon Complex.........but I am not saying anyone specific........I am just sayin'.

The only guy looking foolish is the clown jumping in and stating the obvious........yes we know it is against the law but so is speeding and double parking but it happens every day. I am not name calling I am calling it as I see it.
