Yes it is terrible that Ford and the Progressive Government in power, is imposing these draconian policies on the good people of Ontario. Hope the voters remember who forced upon us these new rules, at election time.

The opposition parties would have gone further and done it sooner.

Well in the grand scheme of things we know a 28 day shut down won't change it by much.
Maybe it worked in the spring with a shut down but with millions still working and the peak months away this sort of lock down won't curb the numbers like it did in the spring.
Ps the government knows shutdowns do more harm then good. But that is there plan .
Why can a store that see hundreds if not thousands of people a day with 50 people in it vs a smaller one that might have 3 or 4 people at a time and maybe see a 100 people on a good day. Not far they are not spreading the virus less than the big businesses

I wished every restaurant and businesses that are shutdown would open their doors for business. The city don't have enough enforcement to stop it. What then will happen?

Maybe the next lockdown or maybe when they keep it closed after the 28 days.
Remember Canada has gotten softer in the last while . Soon enough people will Rebell against it and do what they want . I still predict another lockdown before spring or they will use the little vaccine they have with a lockdown to curd the spread in the spring.
