Why would Facebook block any negative comments on the vaccine? Would it not serve the population best if people related their experiences on the initial early rollout? Yes there will be an app to report problems to the authorities who again will filter the data.
The long rage effects; without it, you will eventually get the virus and taking a chance on how sick it will make you...crap shot.
In this day and age, they can't control social media, any major issues will be known quickly. Just have to watch the BBC and Al Jazeera, they are fairly neutral politically.

Yes, there are ways of getting truthful information. People are resourceful. TOR browser instead of Chrome. Bit Chute instead of Youtube....etc.
Postmedia / National Post / Sun newspapers have a somewhat more balanced opinions. Also, comments left on politicians Facebook pages can also be helpful for a balanced approach. Just need to separate the 2 extremes and find the middle ground.
