    Nice buck looks like he had a busy rut, no fat on him! Even better processing job too, usually I slow cook my ribs with the bone on but you did a better job than most in cleaning that meat off.

    Thanks. The meat was very lean. I made ground meat with the ribs and some other parts (almost 30 pounds). The ground ribs is very juicy and perfect for hamburger. If you mix it with some ground lamb shoulder , it is even juicier and tastier.
