Lol, someone I know just posted on FB.
"We have 5 cases, no hospitlizations".
One person responded, yeah those poor overworked nurses. Alteast they can feed their kids. I "shyte" you not. That's a quote.
The general consensus seems to be FU Ford and lest we ruffle sensitivities similiar towards people in the GTA
But being polite Canadians, I doubt there will be an outright revolt. Ugly sure, I can see that coming

Recent polls have suggested that over 80 % of Ontario is in favour of a full lock down. Granted Most of them in favour are in urban areas in southern Ontario ,but so is 87% of the population. So you are right there will be a lot of grumbling but no uprising. Lots of letters to the editor.

That would be the 80% that rarely thinks about anyone else?
I've been on FB the last little while reading different people walls/comments. Social media, is more of a "snap shot" of society than any paper ( certain types read A or B). Over and over seeing two types of comments.
From friends in the GTA.
Sucks for small businesses. Oh well...
Friends outside the GTA
"Halliburton and the Kawarthas have had 10 cases in each of the last two days"
"Those poor overworked..."
"Citiots"
"FU Ford"
etc....
Will it get Alberta hostile? US style hostile?
doubtfull, and that's a "shame".
Will say, the people here are "PO"d. Wondering what it mean for business, will we stay open, how much worse can it get its already been a bad year etc.
And this is a cottage type area. If memory serves me right, things got nasty in the spring..

Remember polls can be manipulated fit to any agenda. Just like the death count is manipulated to fit the agenda .
Have you figured out who will have the opportunity lol. This pandemic is a great opportunity for who? Why does this give opportunity ? To who for what reason?

Hey ford did say he was going to get scanning and testing at the airport.
Apparently the liberals can't do it and ford will take action if the government chooses to ignore the issue lol.
