Well to get back on topic then Biden has trouble stringing two coherent sentences together with out his notes. He won't hold the position as president for the full term as Harris is anxiously waiting in the wings to push sleepy Joe aside and try to push her social agenda. In turn will give Joe more time to sniff women's hair and make them feel uncomfortable .
